Yukari Sugiyama, Change and Transformation Manager, Google Cloud
Yukari joined Google in 2009 as a Deal Operations Specialist, providing advice and guidance to Google Cloud customers in North America. She then moved to Google Japan to support Google’s Asia-Pacific customers. While working in Japan, Yukari developed a passion for helping the employees of Google’s customers realise the benefits of cloud and collaboration tools in their day-to-day work. In 2016, Yukari joined the Google Cloud Change and Transformation team in London, where she is responsible for helping both Japanese and European businesses with digital transformation. Yukari writes a popular Change Management blog in Japanese and is a regular public speaker on the topic of organisational change and business transformation. Yukari graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree from the College of Communications and was on the Dean’s List for three consecutive years.

Maria Atanasova joined Telerik in 2010. Since then, her career path in HR has been rapidly evolving to reflect the company's growth and the constantly changing dynamics of the software industry. Miroslav Dolaptchiev is managing partner at IBS. Works on collaboration, communication and knowledge management projects for more than 15 years. Joined IBS as director of the Collaboration Services department and now manages all software projects of the company. Darya Dobreva has proven track record as an HR professional with experience in the whole range of functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, motivation, talent development. Thanks to her work in companies from the financial, outsourcing and IT sectors she has gained a significant understanding of the business needs. Over the past five years she specializes in training and development after the completion of one-year certification program for trainers and facilitators in the assessment center.
Two years ago Darya accepted the challenge to lead the newly created Training and Development function in the HR team of MentorMate. For this period she managed to develop the L&D model in the organization, focusing especially on informal learning approaches in order to encourage employees to collaborate, share knowledge and show initiative.

Manuel Bellsolell has over 18 years of B2B sales training and consulting experience across a wide range of industrial, mining and retail sectors. He has worked with many multinational, blue chip clients including PepsiCo, HP, Danone, Tetra Pak, American Express, Santander, Goodyear, Telefonica, GE, RB, RioTinto, Toyota, Honda and VW Audi.
Manuel gained a Bachelor in Business Administration at the European Business and Management School (part of San Jose State University) before starting a career in consulting and training. From 1995 he has held a number of senior consulting positions with both international and regional consulting firms, including Cap Gemini and MTSI International.
In 2004 he established his own training and consulting practice specialising in customer care leadership and sales training with an emphasis on simulation based learning. He has continued to work with clients across a wide range of sectors including industrial, mining, telecom and food and beverages on customer care, sales and product launch projects. He became the official Spanish partner and Country Manager of Business Today Simulations.

He has also developed and delivered a number of national (Spanish) product launches, sales and customer care projects within the automotive sector.

Petar is a high level professional with wide experience in the ICT industry in Central and Eastern Europe and emerging markets with more than 17 years of visionary leadership, business development expertise and distinguished performance. Prior to joining Microsoft Petar has spent 14 years at Cisco, where he has managed the company business for Bulgaria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia & Montenegro and Baltics in the period of 2008 – 2010. His last role at Cisco was Director Operations Strategy and Planning in Cisco UK, being responsible for country transformational Initiatives for EMEA East.
Petar Ivanov holds an MBA from New Bulgarian University, Sofia, Bulgaria, and certified Post Graduate study in Management Development and Change from The Open University in UK and holds an IMD certificate.

Anita Stanoeva is a Human Resources Manager for Eastern Europe at Software AG, a German company producing software technology. She started her career in human resources 17 years ago, going through all levels and functions in the industry, which has enabled her to gain experience in all areas of human resources. In the last six years she has held various managerial positions both in Bulgaria and abroad. She has gained her professional experience in three multinational companies. The biggest challenge Anita has encountered in her professional career is her work in the ICT sector. In 2008, she won the award "HR Manager of the Year", awarded by the "Human Resources" magazine.
