Levon Hampartzoumian is the CEO and Chairman of the MB of UniCredit Bulbank since 2001. He is also Chairman of the Management Board of the Association of banks in Bulgaria. Hampartzoumian was chosen Deputy Chairman of Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria (CEIBG) and Member of the Management Board of BORIKA (Card Processing JV).
Levon Hampartzoumian is a non-executive member of the Board of the Institute for Market Economy, the chairman of the Board of Trustees of Sofia University, a member of the Board of Trustees of Higher School of Insurance and Finance and a member of the Board of Trustees of City University of Seattle in Bulgaria.
Levon Hamparztoumian is awarded with the Order of the Star of Italian Solidarity (Ordine della Stella della Solidarietà Italiana) and is honoured with the title Commendatore of the Order at the beginning of May 2008 with a Decree of the President of the Italian Republic Giorgio Napolitano.
In 2012 Levon Hampartzoumian was presented by the President of Bulgaria Rosen Plevneliev with the award Manager of the Year in Bulgaria in the Manager Magazine competition.
In 2007 Mr. Hampartzoumian was awarded by "Atanas Bourov" Foundation for bank management; he is also announced "Banker of the year" twice – by Finance Central Europe magazine in 2005 and by Banker weekly in 2007. In 2006 Mr. Hampartzoumian is awarded for management by Manager Magazine.
Levon Hampartzoumian has a degree in Chemical Engineering and professional experience working for PriceWaterHouse Coopers and Earnst&Young.
During 1999-2001 he was consecutively Deputy Minister of Economy and Executive Director of Sofia’s Privatization Agency.
Maria Rousseva is deputy-Chief executive officer and Member of the Management Board of Societe Generale Expressbank. She has more than 16 years of experience in corporate and investment banking. Mr. Cottogni manages the regional business development team implementing the risk capital and debt products of the European Investment Fund. He acts as an Executive Director of JEREMIE Bulgaria, Istanbul Venture Capital Initiative, Portugal Ventura Capital Initiative and Green for Growth Fund.
Prior to joining the EIF, Mr. Cottogni worked as M&A Director and Head of Strategy at Telekom Austria and as senior banker at European Investment Bank and Credit Anstalt in Vienna, London, New York.
He has graduated with master degree in business from University of Innsbruck and from INSEAD.
Piotr Stolowski has spent 10 years with EIF and is currently heading a regional team which manages the implementation of financial instruments under local mandates in South Eastern Europe. He also manages the EIF team implementing the JEREMIE Initiative in Bulgaria and acts as an Executive Director of JEREMIE Bulgaria.
He holds master of science degree in economics.

Dobromir Dobrev has been member of Raiffeisenbank’s Management Board since February 2013.
Mr. Dobromir Dobrev joined the Raiffeisen Group in 2003, and in 2005 was appointed Head of the Corporate Banking department – middle market. Since 2006 he has been CEO and Managing Director of Raiffeisen Leasing Bulgaria OOD.
Dobromir Dobrev has a master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of "St. Kliment Ohridski" University of Sofia. Mr. Dobrev is fluent in English and German. He is married and has one child.

Dr. Kiril Velichkov is the head of European Projects and Financial Institutions Department at CIBANK.
He is in charge of cooperation related to European projects within KBC Group, a member of the working group on EU funding to the Association of Banks in Bulgaria and has more than 15 years of experience in European projects; Velichkov has worked for the management units of the PHARE and Socrates programmes. At the moment, he is also a part-time lecturer at the New Bulgarian University and a lecturer at the Bulgarian Diplomatic Institute.
He works as an independent expert for the European Commission too.
Dietmar Dumlich joined the European Investment Bank in 1992. He is heading the division for financing operations in Bulgaria, Romania and Cyprus, within the South East European lending department.
Before joining the South East Europe department, Mr. Dumlich was responsible for projects in Italy, Portugal and France, structured financing in Research, Development and Innovation, as well as operational management and business planning.
Graduated from Trier University (Germany) and Clark University (Massachusetts, USA) he holds a Masters degree in Economics and Finance and started his career as Economic and Financial advisor in the commercial banking sector.
Atanas Ivanov joined the European Investment Bank (EIB) in 2013 to cover lending operations in Bulgaria within the South East Europe Department. His main responsibilities include operations with financial institutions and corporates with particular focus on the Bulgarian energy sector. Before joining the EIB he was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at UniCredit Leasing in Bulgaria. His experience also includes business advisory services for global financial institutions with Ernst & Young in New York, execution of M&A projects with Credit Suisse in London and audit and advisory services with Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen in Sofia.
Mr. Ivanov holds an MBA degree from Georgetown University in Washington, DC in the USA. He is a Fellow of the Association of the Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder in the USA.
Sonya Hachikyan's career began in 2002 at the Agency for Economic Analysis and Forecasting, where she worked as a senior expert on the National Plan for the Development of Bulgaria. Her career at UniCredit Bulbank started back in 2005 as a specialist in the management of corporate sales.
Over the years she held various expert and management positions in the department "Corporate, investment and private banking."
In 2011 she spent several months at UniCredit Munich as a strategic analyst. After returning to Bulgaria, she took the position of Business Development Manager in the Key Accounts department and in 2013 she became Director of the Sales Strategy, and is in charge for financial instruments, including programs and projects of the EU.

Georgi Cholakov has been working at Sirma Business Consulting since 2007. He is a shareholder at the company and is one of the major developers in the team developing payment systems. Georgi is interested in artificial intelligence and its direct application in information systems and this knowledge has been already applied in SBC products. His entire professional experience includes many projects in Bulgaria and abroad in the field of cards and payment instruments and participation in development projects of BAS.
He graduated Mathematics and Informatics at the Plovdiv University in 1999, where he later defended a dissertation dealing with intelligent software agents. In 2013 he received his PhD degree in Computer Sciences. Mr.Cholakov is also a professor at the Plovdiv University at the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics.
Kiril Yanchev is Head of Corporate Products and Business Development at Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD, where he has been working since 2002.
Since 2006 he holds the position of Head of Corporate Clients Mid market.
In 2008 he manages the factoring department at the bank.
Mr. Yanchev holds a master's degree in Business Administration and Law from the University of National and World Economy.
Fluent in English and Russian.
Angel Mateev is Head of the Small Business Banking Division at Postbank, where he has been working for nine years.
Mr. Mateev started his banking career 12 years ago at ProCredit Bank, where he held various management positions.
He has a master's degree in macroeconomics from the Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski".

Ana Delcheva has been manager "Financial Institutions" at Allianz Bank since 2009.
Previously, she worked at MKB Unionbank between April 2004 and December 2008.
Ana holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" (SU). She graduated secondary education in the town of Kardzhali.
She speaks English and German.
