Kevin has worked in the water industry for over 25 years, during which time he has been the CEO / Director of many water companies around the world. These have included ESVAL, the first privatised water utility in Chile, Aguas Argentina in Buenos Aires, Sofiyska Voda the first water concession in Bulgaria and Manila Water in the Philippines. Kevin has worked for Anglian Water as Director of Customer Services and United Utilities in charge of all their international operations. More recently Kevin has worked with a number of global groups including Suez and Mitsubishi, advising on bids and M&A activity. Kevin also works with a number of start-up technology companies in the UK and internationally as well as advising Governments on their national water policy.
Arnaud Valleteau is the deputy executive director of Sоfiyska Voda. Since 2003, he has held various positions within the Veolia group in France and in Eastern Europe, both on development and operational projects. He is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and of the École des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC).

Mariana Iteva, Veolia Country Director for Bulgaria and Russia/Board Member of Sofiyska Voda JSC
Ms. Iteva has worked in Veolia, a world leader in the provision of environmental services, since the beginning of 2010. Being the Country Director of Veolia Group for Bulgaria and Russia, she is in charge of the management and development of the three main aspects of Veolia’s activity in these countries: water, energy and waste.
Ms. Iteva is Sofiyska Voda’s Board Member and Board Member of Veolia’s division in Armenia – Yerevan Djur. She was also Sofiyska Voda’s CEO until April 2014.
Prior to joining Veolia, Mariana worked in the UK water sector for more than 10 years and her experience includes in-depth practical knowledge of the water and sewerage sector of Central and Eastern Europe.
Ms. Iteva worked for two British water companies – she was Cascal’s representative for Bulgaria and Eastern Europe (2007 – 2009), and Severn Trent’s representative (1999-2007) for Eastern Europe, and in the period 2003 - 2006 - their representative in Russia. In 2009 Ms. Iteva had a 3-month secondment in the Trade and Investment Section of the British Embassy in Russia with the assignment to study the water supply and sewerage sector in Russia and identify business opportunities for UK companies in it.
She has worked on projects of the World Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the UK Department for International Development (DFID).
Ms. Iteva has a Master’s Degree from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and MBA in International Business Development from Aston University in Birmingham, UK. She is fluent in English and Russian, and has a working knowledge of French.
Boyan Rashev is one of the leading sustainability experts in Bulgaria. In 2007, he became a founding partner of the Bulgarian office of denkstatt. Today, the company is a leader in providing advisory services in the field of sustainable development and environmental management in the country. denkstatt is accelerating the transition to a sustainable economy by helping its clients reduce their impact on the environment while maintaining economic profitability; to implement innovative solutions that meet sustainability challenges and enhance their competitiveness. In 2012, Mr Rashev was among the finalists of the competition for young managers Next Generation. He holds a Master degree in Environmental Management and Resources from Brandenburg Technical University in Cottbus, Germany, and also studied in Bulgaria (Geology), Austria and Venezuela.
Boyan Petkov is Country Supply Chain Manager in Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria. His core responsibilities within the company are managing Planning, Manufacturing and Logistics. During the last years he has been working as a Plant manager of Production facilities of the company in Bankia and Kostinbrod. Before that, Boyan was responsible for Production - Process and Packaging in Danone-Serdika SA.
