Head of JESSICA and Investment Funds (EIB) since 2007.
Before joining JESSICA, Eugenio Leanza was Head of Division in the Directorate for Lending Operations in Europe (Italy, Malta and Cyprus Department) and Deputy Head of EIB Banking Sector in the Credit Risk Department.
Between 1987 and 1991, he was a specialist in corporate lending, convertible warrants/bonds operations, and industrial groups restructuring at Mediobanca, Milan.
He holds an Honours Degree in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan and is a Chartered Accountant.
Apostolos is a Partner of Grant Thornton Greece and head of the Government & Infrastructure Advisory Department.
He studied economics and holds a doctorate from the University of Bradford. He has more than 25 years of professional experience in consulting and financial services, both in the private and the public sector.
He specializes in project management and monitoring, in strategic and business planning and in sustainability analysis of large organizations. He is head of working groups for the provision of financial services to large infrastructure projects implemented through PPP or long-term concession contracts in Greece and abroad.
He is also head of the working team regarding the provision of financial advisory services to the Urban Development Funds for the identification and implementation of urban projects under the JESSICA mechanism in four regions in Greece.
Nadia Dankinova is Executive Director of the Fund for Sustainable Urban Development of Sofia.
She was born in Yambol and has a master's degree in socio-economic planning and public finance from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia.
She's got experience in the banking sector as an office manager of a regional office of the "Societe Generale Expressbank."
In the public sector, she has been working as a regional deputy and district governor of Yambol, and in the management of municipal finance as a financial expert, and later as Deputy Mayor of Yambol.
She has been an active participant in expert groups related to fiscal decentralization and municipal finance. Nadia also has extensive experience in managing projects financed from EU funds. She has been also participating in the development of strategic regional documents.
Martin Zaimov is Executive Director of the "Regional Urban Development Fund" AD and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Société Générale Expressbank.
He graduated from the Technical University in Sofia and also has a master degree in economics from the London School of Economics and a Diploma in Economics from Birkbeck College in London.
He was Vice-President of the Sofia Municipal Council, head of the currency board and the BNB Deputy Governor from 1997 to 2003. He has also worked at an international trading company Louis Dreyfus and he is the founder of its Bulgarian office.
Martin Zaimov is a member of the boards of the Institute for Market Economics, Paideia Foundation and the Center for Advanced Studies.
Kamen Kolchev is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of ELANA Financial Holding. He founded ELANA in 1991. Originally, the company started with brokerage services and developed into one of the largest non-banking institutions with a diverse portfolio of financial services. Kamen Kolchev had been actively involved in shaping the newly emerged local financial market in 1990s by providing expertise for the development oef the new legislation and regulatory bodies. He is currently a member of the Board of the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria and has been involved in the organisational management and initiatives in the course of the last 5 years. He used to be the Chairman of the Bulgarian Association of Licensed Investment Intermediaries from founding it to 2008.
Ivo Panteleev was born in 1959. He is one of the founders of Architectural Design Agency - A.D.A. in 1991 and becomes one of its executive managers in 2006. He gets his diploma in architecture from the HIAC, Sofia in 1986, where, later, he graduates a specialization of town-planning. During 1991-1992 he completes a specialization in urban planning at the Johns Hopkins University, USA. His professional experience includes heading A.D.A’s design teams in large-scale projects, such as: residential complex BOKAR; residential complex Buxton-2000; local architect for the New Office Building of the American Embassy in Sofia; the 40-storey building Europe Tower of Sofia, as a partner of HPP-Germany; MegaMall – Ljulin, Business Center Soravia, etc. He is also a member of the Sofia Integrated Plan for Urban Renewal and Development team in a co-architect of the Central (Women’s) Market of Sofia. Ivo Panteleev is the chairman of Foundation "Protected Home Together". He is on the Board of the International Urban Fellows Association and a Trustee on the Board of the American College of Sofia.
