Helena Pilsas Ahlin is Ambassador of Sweden to Bulgaria, based in Stockholm. Before taking to this position, she worked at the European Union Office in the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Since 2004 she leads the "Baltic" group in the department.
Previously, she was Deputy Director of the Development Group in the Department of Central and Eastern Europe.
She has worked at the Swedish Embassy in Tallinn.
H.E. Guro Katharina Vikør is Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to Bulgaria. MA in political science, anthropology and sociology, a former Ambassador to Slovenia, Ambassador on women's rights and equality. Before coming to Bulgaria, H.E. Guro Katharina Vikør was senior advisor at the UN Department of Peace and Humanitarian Affairs.

Bengt Johansson is Swedish Ambassador for CSR and leading a team of 3 CSR experts in the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs. The ministry is in charge of negotiation international agreements within bodes such as UN, OECD and EU and overseeing the implementation in Sweden. This leads to frequent contacts with companies, NGOs, trade unions and other stakeholders.
Prior to that Mr Johansson was Swedish Consul-General in Shanghai 2008-2012 which has an active CSR program.
Before that he served as Director at the EU Secretariat at Prime Minister’s Office 2005-2008, National Expert at the Directorate General for Trade at the EU Commission 2002-2004 and Deputy Head of Department for Single Market and Trade Promotion 1999-2002. During this period Mr Johansson was Swedish representative at the OECD negotiations in the Export Credit Group on environment and anti-bribery which led to the first important OECD agreements in the CSR area.
Education: History and political economy at universities of Trondheim and Oslo. Diplomatic course of Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Oslo 1998-1990. Three year tenures at Norwegian embassies in Venezuela, Bonn and Washington D.C. On leave from the ministry to work in the Norwegian Shipowners` Association and the Norwegian Parliament. At present deputy leader of Section of Economic and Commercial Affairs in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Ognian Trajanov is co-founder and board member of the National network of the UN Global Compact.
Mr. Trajanov is also founder and owner of the software company TechnoLogica and its CAD/CAM Center DiTra.
Graduated and post-graduated from the Sofia Technical University. Working experience as a scientific researcher in Interprogramma Institute in the area of Artificial Intelligence. Attended many technical and managerial trainings at IBM and at Oracle Corporation.

Eerde de Swart (1964) is an expert in the field of Corporate Citizenship. As COO at Robin Good BV, a leading CSR consultancy developing community involvement programmes, he was responsible for the design and organisation of over 150 corporate volunteering events. Currently he is Senior Project Manager Corporate Community Involvement at CSR Netherlands, the number 1 CSR knowledge centre and corporate network (over 2,000 members) in The Netherlands. Together with the government, NGO’s and front running companies he is shaping the role of businesses in tomorrow’s society. Eerde is member of the Dutch National Steering Committee for the Social Marketplace (a powerful concept that constitutes a forum where companies, NGO’s and local authorities join to build partnerships, matching their supply and demand; over 100 Social Marketplaces are organized each year in The Netherlands). He is also on the jury of different national and local CCI Awards. Eerde is in love with Puck (42), Jikke (6) and Bente (4). The four of them live near the Dutch shore and spend a lot their free time at the beach.
Mr. Yassen Guev has graduated with a degree in Hungarian Philology and Management from the Sofia’s University and has taken training programmes in the USA, France and Austria. He has a nine-year professional experience as a journalist in Bulgarian National Television (BNT), a reporter in Banker newspaper, business and finance editor in Mediapool, host of the Businesspool broadcast on Radio Channel New Europe. Then he headed the PR Department in Bulgarian Telecommunications Company (BTC), Euromarket Group and Mak Media. Prior to joining GLOBUL’s team, he held the position of PR and Corporate Affairs Director in CEZ-Bulgaria.
Mr. Guev was appointed GLOBUL Corporate Affairs Director in February 2010, being responsible for the PR, Internal Communications and Corporate Responsibility departments in the company.

Vice President and General Manager, Chelopech Mine
Nikolay Hristov obtained M.Sc and Ph.D degrees in Mineral Processing from the University of Mining and Geology in Sofia and has completed courses in both Engineering Geo-ecology and International Economic Relations. He has also completed a variety of management courses at the Open University in Bulgaria. Prior to joining Chelopech Mining EAD in 2004, Nikolay held positions in mineral processing, research and development.
Starting as a metallurgist with Dundee Precious Metals Inc., Nikolay was quickly promoted to Process Plant Manager and most recently as General Manager, Chelopech Mine. Having set the groundwork for continuous improvement Nikolay aims at taking the plant to the next level in becoming a world class operation in terms of production, efficiency, environmental protection and sustainable development.
Svetlin Nakov manages the biggest institution for alternative software development education in Bulgaria - Telerik’s Academy for Software Engineers. The Academy, offering free courses, is an initiative by the leading technology company Telerik.
Svetlin and his team provide to thousands of software engineers and experts free education, focused on modern-day practical skills and knowledge, essential for a successful career start within the software industry.
Under Svetlin’s management, in the 2012-2013 academic year the Academy offers 26 free courses in 13 different major areas, in which the record-breaking 1 000 full-time students have enrolled. Another 5 000 students use the free online training courses, which are accessible worldwide.
Svetlin Nakov has 15 years of experience as a software engineer, IT and software project manager, lecturer in IT, programming and software development, IT consultant and entrepreneur, and .NET, mobile and web applications developer.
Martin Arvidsson is CFO at Volvo Bulgaria since 2009.
He has a long background within the Volvo Group mainly in Business control, starting 1989.
Before moving to Bulgaria Martin Arvidsson was Head of Internal Control at Volvo Trucks, working from 2006 with the world-wide implementation of internal controls based on the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) act.

Kristiana Chakarova is Corporate Communications Manager in Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria. Her core responsibilities within the company are developing and promoting corporate social responsibility practices, managing the corporate and brands reputation, media relations and key stakeholders’ networks.Before that, Kristiana was Corporate Affairs Manager in Nestle Bulgaria with core responsibilities in corporate social responsibilityand public affair, and Regulatory Affairs Manager handling government and EU relations.Kristiana is a member of the Appeal Committee at the National Council for Self Regulation.
Mr. Emil Angelov was born in 1969 in Sofia. He has graduated from the National and World Economy University - Sofia with Master Degree in "Finance".
In the course of his career he has been Head of Markets Department and Head of Capital Markets and Treasury Division of HVB Bank Biohim, Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of Invest Bank AD and Chairman of the Managing Board and Chief Executive Director of the former Eurobank AD. After the acquisition of Piraeus Bank S.A. - Sofia Branch by Eurobank AD, Mr. Angelov has taken the position of Deputy CEO and Member of the Board of Directors of Piraeus Bank Bulgaria AD.
Tanja Radocaj was appointed UNICEF Representative in Bulgaria in 2009. Although Bulgaria is a EU member country, UNICEF has a strong cooperation with the Government with a joint aim to address a wide unfinished agenda for children, from development of a comprehensive child care system to addressing poverty and social exclusion of certain population groups.
Before that, in the period 2002-2009, Ms. Radocaj was leading the UNICEF team in Croatia, where the office has successfully tested a new model of UNICEF engagement, so called "self-funded office". Support and funding have been mobilised from Croatian citizens, companies and civil society to improve situation of children in Croatia and abroad. She first joined UNICEF during Kosovo crisis, where she was recruited as a child protection and social services specialist and seconded to the provisional UNMIK Government to assure adequate focus on child protection issues.
Prior to this period, Tanja Radocaj has been engaged in assisting victims of war in Former Yugoslavia, through her work with state social services (1991-1993) and through International Rescue Committee (1993-1997). In the aftermath of the war this work continued through a local civil society organisation "MI" ("We"), which she founded, with a focus on post-war reconciliation, community building and development of social services.
Ms. Radocaj started her career as a counsellor in public social services, dealing with children and families at risk. She obtained MA in psychology at Zagreb University.
Tanja Radocaj is of Croatian nationality with home in Split, married, has two children and one grandchild.

Maria Petkova has been a coordinator of the Cooperating Netherlands Foundation’s programme for Central and Eastern Europe in Bulgaria. She has worked as a consultant at the world Bank Institute in Washington DC, a programme coordinator at Open society Foundation, an expert at the Office of the President and the vice President of the republic of Bulgaria.
Maria Petkova has an extensive qualification and experience in NGO management, monitoring and evaluation of projects and programmes; children’s rights; social development; international partnership; strategic planning; organizational development; developmental policies etc.
Maria Petkova was awarded the title Knight of the Order of Orange-Nassau by a decree of Her Majesty the Queen of Netherlands for special services in activities dedicated to society, for encouraging and supporting others in 2007.
In June 2012 she was rated among the 100 most influential women in Bulgaria in the annual publication of Capital weekly.

Vesselin Ilkov has graduated law in the South-Western University "Neofit Rilski" in Blagoevgrad in 1996. He has a rich professional experience, including longstanding service in various public institutions. The commencement of his carrier was in the Privatisation Agency – expert positions in Protocol, Method for Privatisation and Legal Departments. In 2000-2001 he worked as a legal expert and privatisation expert in the Ministry of Defence. He launched his long standing professional experience in Ministry of Labour and Social Policy as a senior expert at "European Integration and International Relations" Directorate in 2002. He was promoted to a Head of European Coordination Unit in 2006 in the same directorate which is his current position. He has been working in the field of European Union law for more than ten years now in the context of EU law (acquis communautaire) integration during the pre-accession period and EU coordination afterwards. He is chair of Working Group 13 "Social Policy and Employment" at the European Affairs Council at the Council of Ministers and has participated as a national representative in a numberof expert Working groups and Committees at the European Commission in the field of labour law and industrial relations, gender equality, antidiscrimination. He is a member of the High Level Group of EU Member States on Corporate Social Responsibility at the European Commission. He has being working in the field of CSR since 2007. He led the multistakeholder working group which drafted the Bulgarian Strategy on CSR in 2008-2009. He is secretary of the Consultative Body on CSR at the Minister of Labouor and Social Policy and is responsible for carrying out of the CSR policy at national scale. He has acquired a certificate for Leading Auditor in the field of CSR and Social Audit by TUV NORD inJuly 2012.
Kameliya Ignatova has graduated Management of NGOs at UNWE in Sofia. She worked for AES Maritza East 1 being responsible for Corporate Social Responsibility, Internal Communications as well as implementation of Corporate Ethical principles into Bulgarian working environment. Her recent job as Senior Administrative Associate in CARGILL - one of the largest worlds companies in corporate business, with responsibilities of organizing global events and leading charity projects, is giving her the unique chance to experience the limitless human capabilities to unite, believe and work for one cause.
