Jens Rupp has been with Coca-Cola Hellenic, Europe’s largest producer and distributor of alcohol-free beverages, since 2001. He started as a local health, safety and environment manager, led the first bottling operations to ISO14001 certification and produced the first environmental report, based on a global life-cycle approach. He has been the corporate Sustainability Manager since 2005, coordinating sustainability activities in the 28 countries where Coca-Cola Hellenic operates. He is a member of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility council and manages corporate CSR reporting and stakeholder relations. Previously, Jens worked with an energy consultancy, where he pioneered energy saving and energy awareness programmes for State and national governments. Jens holds a doctorate in Ecology from the University of Oxford and a European Master in Environmental Engineering and Management from the Swiss Polytechnic School.

Gerd Hoffmann has been active in copper recycling since 1981. Since 1986 he was heading the commercial activities of Hüttenwerke Kayser AG (HK) in Lünen, Germany and was appointed member of the executive board in 2000. After the amalgamation of HK into Norddeutsche Affinerie AG in 2004 and the following acquisition of Cumerio S.A., Belgium, Mr Hoffmann has been heading the whole recycling market activities of the Group, now renamed Aurubis AG, Europe’s largest copper producer and world leader in copper recycling. Mr Hoffmann is actively engaged in a number of associations and organisations, i. a. he is head of the Task Force Raw Materials of the German metals industry association WirtschaftsVereinigung Metalle e.V. (WVM). Until March 2011 he was a member of the board of directors of the London Metal Exchange (LME) for many years.

In the periodfrom 2001 tothe end of 2006, his position was"Environmental manager" at "Agropolychim" in Devnya-one of thelargest producers ofnitrogen and phosphate fertilizerson the Balkans. Fromearly2007 untilnow heworks in"Solvay Sodi",as Head of Department "Environmental protection".
From a professional point of view issues of interest for him are:
- Trading in carbon quotas and related options for a derogation for the period 2013-2020;
- Projects for co-incineration of alternative fuels (biomass, RDF / SRF, tires, etc.. Hazardous waste);
- Directive on industrial pollutants - 2010/75/ES;
- Projects for energy and water efficiency;
- Innovation in the field of waste utilization and so on.

Galya graduates from the University for Food technologies in Plovdiv and makes a specialization on Effective management at New Bulgarian University. She is working for 10 years at different positions on different projects in Nestle Bulgaria. In 2009 wins First award for "Best project in Southeast Europe for processes improvement"
Since June 2010 she worked for Coca-Cola Hellenic Bulgaria.

Vladislav Popov has graduated School of Environment and Agriculture at the University of Western Sydney in Australia. He is fluent in English and Russian.
Vladislav presently is Associated Professor and Director of Agroecological Centre at Agricultural University of Plovdiv. His responsibilities imply lecturing in agroecology, organic farming and environmental protection.
His previous professional experience comprises more than 10 years of work in national and international research and applied development project, as well as University lecturer and trainer.
He is member of Agroecological Centre at Agricultural University of Plovdiv; Association for Biological Agriculture "Ecofarm", Plovdiv, Bulgaria; Balkan Environmental Association, Greece; Avalon Foundation Network, the Netherlands.

Mr. Yassen Guev has graduated with a degree in Hungarian Philology and Management from the Sofia’s University and has taken training programmes in the USA, France and Austria. He has a nine-year professional experience as a journalist in Bulgarian National Television (BNT), a reporter in Banker newspaper, business and finance editor in Mediapool, host of the Businesspool broadcast on Radio Channel New Europe. Then he headed the PR Department in Bulgarian Telecommunications Company (BTC), Euromarket Group and Mak Media. Prior to joining GLOBUL’s team, he held the position of PR and Corporate Affairs Director in CEZ-Bulgaria. Mr. Guev was appointed GLOBUL Corporate Affairs Director in February 2010, being responsible for the PR, Internal Communications and Corporate Responsibility departments in the company.

Nina Vladimirova is Manager Legal and Corporate Affairs in "Zagorka" AD. Master of Law from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" with extensive experience in public administration, telecommunications, and in the regulation of commercial communications, acquired consecutively during her work in the Legal Department of the Privatization Agency, "Bulgarian Posts" EAD and currently in the brewing industry. Passes specialized course in EU law in Brussels – A.C.T.IN. Member in the National Council for Self-regulationof Brewers council in Bulgaria and the Appeal Committee of the National Council for self-regulation and ethical rules for advertising and commercial communications in Bulgaria. Participant and lecturer in seminars on self-regulation in advertising. Coordinator of the program for Corporate Social Responsibility in "Zagorka" - "Creating a better future." Member of the Board of Directors of the largest organization for recycling and recovery of packaging waste - "Ecopack Bulgaria" EAD.
