The Energy management Institute (EMI) started its activity as an NGO in June 2010.
EMI's mission is to contribute to the sustainable development of the Bulgarian energy sector and its integration in the European Union energy market.
EMI plays the role of a think tank offering innovative ideas in the energy policy area by performing market research using academic approach.
EMI provides a neutral platform for contacts and information exchange and thus gives a chance for networking and partnerships in the different spheres of its activity.
The institute achieves awareness raising of the customers and the accumulation of public knowledge on energy issues by providing accessible information.
EMI cooperates actively with the media and gives significant priority to the variety of contemporary forms of online communication.
